Oct. 9 – PTT Meeting
Oct. 10 – Color Run
Oct. 11 – No School
Oct. 17 – Color Run (Alternate Day in case of rain on the 10th)
Oct. 23rd – 24th – Parent Conferences, PTT helps w/dinner for staff staying in to the evening.
Periwinkle is having a Color Blast Walk/Run Fitness Fundraiser. Your child will have the opportunity to collect pledges and participate in the walk/run on October 10th. If no permission slip is returned by October 8th your student will still participate but on the course with no color blast. Pledge sheets and money collected are due by October 21st.
Important Information:
October 10th, the 4th and 5th graders will start at 12:45 pm, 2nd and 3rd graders will start and 1:15 pm and Kinder and 1st will start at 1:45 pm. Feel free to send an extra change of clothes for your child for the day of the event. They will get messy and covered in chalk. Parents are welcome to come to the Color Blast Walk/Run. Parents/visitors must check in with the office.
We are excited to announce Deanie Weenie’s will be serving delicious hotdogs from their food cart for $5 each. The Kona Ice truck will be on hand with shaved ice and the PTT Club will have $2 pizza by the slice, $2 nachos, $1 drinks and concessions for purchase.
Wristbands are $7 at the door and only cash payment will be accepted. Wristbands include unlimited use of carnival games and bounce inflatables.
Other activities which will require an additional ticket ($1.00 each). Individual tickets can be used for: face painting, balloon animals, temporary colored hair spray station and Pie Face games.
We will have a silent auction and 50/50 raffle tickets, also.
Dino-mite Book Fair will be April 11th-17th, Stomp, Chomp and Read!
4/11 from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
4/12 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
4/16 and 4/17 lunch recess and after school for a 1/2 hour
Periwinkle will have student led conferences on April 11th and 12th (no appointment needed).
